If any issue arises with your order please contact our customer support before returning or installing your parts. Our customer service phone support is open during normal business hours; Monday-Friday 8-6 CST to ensure your problem is addressed as efficiently as possible. If we are closed please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond asap.
Chipyourcar.com processes orders within 24 hours of original business day purchase date. Please allow up to 48 hours to process orders placed over holidays. Transit time is typically 3-5 business days in the USA, 5-7 business days in Canada, 7-10 business days worldwide.
Every accessory offered by Chipyourcar.com is covered by a 30 day guarantee and lifetime warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact Chipyourcar.com within 30 days of purchase date. All products returned must be in new condition, clean and in original packaging. After the 30 day period please contact customer service at 763-370-2746 for warranty information regarding manufacture coverage.
Chipyourcar.com accepts all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Chipyourcar.com also accepts Paypal payments for you convenience. Our prices are shown in US dollars.
All products offered by Chipyourcar.com are covered by a lifetime limited manufacture warranty. If your product fails due to manufacture defect after a successful installation, we will replace your unit after reviewing installation procedure with customer and physically testing the unit once received back to our warehouse. If product is mailed back and tested to be in working order same part will be mailed back to the customer. If product fails testing Chipyourcar.com will provide shipping new part to customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping for warranty.
Chipyourcar.com is responsible for our products warranty. Chipyourcar.com is not responsible for your vehicles warranty provided through your dealer. Warranty is only for our product. Please contact your dealer before purchase if you have questions on your warranty. Warranty on our products are non transferable.
To cancel an order, please contact us via phone immediately. An email requesting an order cancellation is not accepted as you must speak with a customer service representative to guarantee cancellation before shipment. Since our products are typically shipped within an hour, you must request a cancellation prior to shipment. We can not guarantee a cancellation of your order unless we receive the cancellation prior to shipping.
If your product has already shipped, please receive your order and request authorization as per the return policy in order to return your unit for a refund or exchange. Please do not refuse the shipment it will only delay a refund or exchange.
All products returned must be in unused, undamaged condition in the original packaging. For all returns, call us at 763-370-2746 with details regarding the reason for your return. Once we respond and authorize the return, we will generate a Return Authorization code to be written on the return package.
Ship product in its original condition to the address we supply. Verify the return address prior to shipping the product. All returns should be shipped first class mail only, with delivery confirmation so you can track your package and confirm that is has been delivered. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Also, please enclose the name and email address of the purchaser so we can process the refund quickly and easily. Please note that you are responsible for the return until we receive it. Returns will not be accepted unless authorized by customer service first.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. If chip is returned and tested working properly with no issues a 40 dollar restock fee is deducted from the refund. All other products have a 10% restock fee if there are no working defects. Any chip that has been modified can not be returned. Placing an order means you have agreed to these terms prior to ordering.
Refused Shipments or Returned Used/Unused Merchandise
If a customer refuses delivery or chooses to return an order within 30 days of receipt for any reason you will be subject to shipping costs of their choice. If you feel you have ordered the wrong part, or simply changed your mind about purchase please accept shipment, contact us first as shown above and return the product as stated above.
We strive to provide as accurate results as possible. Either through Dyno and road testing or direct customer feedback. Our claims are based majorly from customer feedback from using our parts and years of experience in the industry. Individual results will vary from each vehicle and modifications done prior to our performance module. If your vehicle shows any sign of it not running properly or at peak performance our module will not fix those problems. All issues should be addressed prior to install our products. Our products are not intended to be used on vehicles equipped with aftermarket turbo/super chargers. It will not perform on vehicles equipped with Nitrous Oxide.
Use of this aftermarket product is at your own risk. By using this product you agree to release us, chipyourcar.com its owners, employees and affiliates from all liability and/or damages you incur by using this product, including, but not limited to: damage, traffic violations, warranty issues and theft.

Any unauthorized use of materials, text, graphics, or printed materials from chipyourcar.com without prior written consent is a violation of copyright, trademark and/or other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
