We are fulfilling your orders with the shipping method of your choice in a timely manner as is promised on our website. However, even though over 95% of packages are being delivered on time, please note that carriers i.e. USPS are not honoring the guarantee on time delivery due to Covid-19 crises. Therefore, unfortunately there will be no shipping cost refunds for delays. Items ship on business days only. Weekends are not included for express shipping.
